Across Australasia, there has been little information available to students about pathways to studying at top-ranked US and UK universities. Crimson Education was founded in 2013 to address this knowledge gap and since then, Crimson has assisted more than 300 students in being accepted to US top 50 Colleges and 37 students to Oxbridge Universities.

The inaugural Crimson Education Study Abroad Scholarship celebrates high performing high school students who have the desire to study overseas, and is designed to help selected students apply to the world’s most prestigious and best-fit universities.

Application Tips

If you’re going to spend a few minutes rushing through this application, you may as well not apply; remember, a $10,000 mentoring package and $500 cash is on the line here!

There are five key stages for the application:

Your Details

Everything from your email to your Skype address so we can stay in contact and conduct online interviews as well. Everything stays super private and no details are shared with third parties.

Your Extracurriculars

Getting top grades is great but we want to know what you love to do both inside and outside of school.

Your Academics

Speaking of top grades, we’d love to know your academic records too! Don’t be shy. We’re sure you’re smashing things at school.

Your Essays

This is super important! We want to hear your story so take your time here and make it something our judges will remember. Handy tip* You might want to write your essay beforehand and then copy and paste it in as the application form won’t save if you exit!

An interview

For students who get through to the interview round, our amazing panel of judges will be in contact to organise an online interview before a final decision is made.
